I’m in Texas but I don’t know if that helps since we don’t know if they’re from a store or someone’s garden

    Make sure you boil them before trying to chomp on one. The first time I grew them I didnt know you had to boil them before eating.

    Beets! Boil them hard until soft, and try them with some vinegar, salt, and black pepper. They’re delicious!

    Beets! My mom pressure cooks them for about 20 ish minutes and they taste so good chopped up
